Responsible For

Oversees QHSE activities for Mechanical testing, calibration and instrumentation, civil materials and chemical processes.
Maintain effective liaison with certification/accreditation bodies.
Review and prepare quality procedures.
Responsible for quality control activities in the organization.
Plan, develop and implement internal audit program to the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO17025 internal audit.
Perform quality surveillance and inspection of on-going projects.
Ensures that project and/or process control documentation is compliant with requirements and/or contract.
Gives quality support to the preparation of proposals and tenders.
Devise and implement various methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision, reliability and accuracy of products, processes, and production equipment.
Perform prequalification and qualification assessment on suppliers.
Ensure that relevant and updated standards are used throughout the laboratory processes.
Ensures project documentation control is compliant with requirements of contract.
Devise and implement various methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision, reliability and accuracy of products, processes, and production equipment.
Perform prequalification and qualification assessment on suppliers.
Prepare the organization for and participate in second and third-party audits.
Approval of disposition plan on non-conformance report and verification for implementation of corrective action.
Provide early warnings of potential quality problems identified within the processes.
Coordinates QMS document control processes.

Additional Requirements

ISO 9001:2015 lead auditor certificate.
Proficiency in microsoft office suit.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering or any related field.
Master's degree will be an added advantage.

NGN450,000.00
