Responsible For

Support Quality Lead in managing daily QA/QC activity to ensure quality of products shipped out of factory.
Review and have corrected manufacturing and compliance records – ensuring that documentation packs are error free before issuing to the customer.
Support process validation qualification activity and production part approval process documentation.
Establish and embed procedures for Real Time Problem Resolution on the shop floor.
Engage with production management & operatives to reduce rework and scrap.
Participate in continuous improvement activity.
Support internal, 3rd party and customer system and/or process audits.
Support internal meetings for proper disposition and control of non-conforming materials.
Support internal meetings for proper change control process.
Support data collection and reporting quality performance for management and customer reviews.
Undertake assignments as directed by the management.
Ensure adherence to health and safety responsibilities.
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Additional Requirements

At least an ISO 9001:2015 internal auditor certificate.
Proficiency in microsoft office suit.

Bachelor's degree in engineering or any related field.
